A sly smile forms as her lips slowly split

My unanswered question lingers in air

Her dark green eyes turn into staring slits

She delves through my heart with her silent stare

And leans in close to me, breathing in steep

While my enraptured smile turns to a grin

She breathes onto me, and I inhale deep

I feel the dear warmth against my chilled skin

She so quietly rises from her chair

Steps nearer, under the dimmed light the most

So her red locks shine as bright gems, not hair

Grabs my lab coat collar, and pulls me close

Whispers soft, as I take in her sweet smell

"Actually, Doctor, I feel quite well."
My first submission. :iconivyparadise: had requested me to write something about Poison Ivy... and here it is! It's a Shakespearean Love Sonnet, which I thought would be fitting considering that this is from her doctor's point of view.

Hope you enjoyed it. :aww:

Poison Ivy belongs to DC.
